our Mission
The Bryson Family Foundation began with a simple conviction:
Families are under attack, and the only way to stand firm is to be rooted deeply in Christ.
We believe families flourish when they are connected to Christ, the true Vine. The Bryson Family Foundation exists to help families encounter Jesus, abide in Him, and grow deep roots that withstand spiritual battle along the journey to heaven. Through shared adventure, retreat, and intentional moments of joy, we invite families to step away from distraction and return to a life rooted in truth, grace, and unity — with Christ at the center.
Our Story
Founded by Cary and Angie Bryson, the mission grew from their own journey of encountering Jesus through adventure, family life, and community, and the desire to help others do the same.
What began as a shared vision to reconnect families to faith has become a mission of renewal. From leading small retreats to creating spaces for encounter and rest, the Bryson Family Foundation continues to grow — branch by branch — in trust, grace, and community.

Based in Lafayette, Louisiana, the Bryson Family Foundation is deeply shaped by its Cajun roots: a culture built on faith, family, tradition, and gathering around the table.While our home is in South Louisiana, our mission reaches far beyond it. We host retreats and events wherever families are called to grow, encounter Christ, and walk together on their pilgrimage to heaven.
